Refund Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • All refund requests will be credited back to the original credit card
  • An online processing fee of $10 will deducted from ALL refunds
  • Special requests can be submitted to the treasurer using the same online form system and will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
  • Our refund policy will be strictly enforced

 

 FLAG FOOTBALL

  • 100% refund if request received before evaluations
  • No refunds will be issued after the evaluations
     

CHEER

  • 100% refund if request received by July 15th for Fall Cheer season, less processing fee and uniform IF they have already been ordered. Uniforms will be ordered May 20th. 
  • No refunds will be issued after July 15th


FOOTBALL

  • 100% refund if request received by July 15th less processing fee
  • No refunds will be issued after July 15th


LACROSSE

  • 100% refund if request received by March 15th less processing fee
  • No refunds will be issued after March 15th
