Refund Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION:

All refund requests will be credited back to the original credit card
An online processing fee of $10 will deducted from ALL refunds
Special requests can be submitted to the treasurer using the same online form system and will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Our refund policy will be strictly enforced

FLAG FOOTBALL

100% refund if request received before evaluations
No refunds will be issued after the evaluations

CHEER

100% refund if request received by July 15th for Fall Cheer season, less processing fee and uniform IF they have already been ordered. Uniforms will be ordered May 20th.
No refunds will be issued after July 15th

FOOTBALL

100% refund if request received by July 15th less processing fee
No refunds will be issued after July 15th

LACROSSE

100% refund if request received by March 15th less processing fee
No refunds will be issued after March 15th
